Why isn't Interphase better known in the industry?
With such a robust customer list, we're often asked why Interphase isn't more commonly recognized in the market. It is primarily because we have historically sold to major computer and telecom OEMs. Our product typically carries our customers logo, and as a result, the end user has naturally associated our product with the OEM. In some cases, our customers specifically require us to completely mask our identity to the end user.

How big is Interphase?

For example, Interphase hires individuals in administration (finance, marketing, human resources) as well as those more operationally focused (materials, production planning, and logistics). We also have an impressive ISO9001 and TL9000 certified manufacturing facility which needs people with all levels of experience in surface mount technology, board assembly, testing, and repair.

We strive to promote from within and do so as often as possible! Your progress through the company is very much up to you. Most of our vacancies are advertised internally, so any employee can apply for any position which is of interest to them and for which they feel qualified. We also offer training and tuition assistance to aid in your position competency and career advancement potential.
